Case Study: The First International Project of Shanghai Yude Energy Co., Ltd.

In its journey toward global expansion, Shanghai Yude Energy Co., Ltd. marked a significant milestone with the successful execution of its first international power guarantee project. This project not only demonstrated the company’s technical capability and logistical efficiency, but also symbolized its transition from domestic excellence to international recognition.

To support the complex energy demands of this overseas project, Yude Energy deployed a robust combination of power generation and distribution infrastructure, including:

• Generators:
  • 18 sets of Cummins units (1000KVA–1500KVA)
  • 18 sets of Japan DENYO units (600KVA–800KVA)
• Transformers:
  • 18 sets of Schneider transformers (1000KVA–2000KVA)
  • 6 sets of Schneider transformers (400KVA–800KVA)
• Distribution Systems:
  • 200 sets of distribution cabinets using Schneider main components, with specifications from 250A to 2500A
• Cabling:
  • 200,000 meters of Prysmian cables, with specifications ranging from 70 to 240 square mm
• UPS Systems:
  • Also supplied by Prysmian, aligning with the cable specifications and volume to ensure power continuity

The entire construction and implementation cycle lasted 100 days, covering planning, international logistics, equipment installation, on-site commissioning, and power-on testing. Throughout the project, Yude Energy upheld its commitment to international standards and quality excellence, with a fully standardized and certified process under ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO18001 systems.

This successful international endeavor has further reinforced Yude Energy’s capabilities as a global energy service provider, laying a solid foundation for its continued expansion in overseas markets and its participation in large-scale infrastructure and event-based power solutions worldwide.
